PAYMENT INFORMATION
The shopping basket can be used to assemble your order whichever payment method you choose. The payment for the products ordered is conducted securely by Protx (for credit and debit cards processed directly), Paypal or Google Checkout.

1: Pay with credit/debit card by secure server.
We accept these major credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Solo, Electron, Maestro, JCB and American Express.
Credit, debit & charge cards are accepted without surcharge. However, we reserve the right to deliver only to the cardholders billing address. You may be asked to provide us with proof of your address at anytime. This is to prevent credit card fraud. Use of stolen credit cards will result in police notification.

This secure sever utilises industry-standard Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt all your personal information including debit or credit card number, name and address. The encryption process takes the characters you enter and converts them into bits of code that are then securely transmitted over the Internet.
Protx has achieved the highest level of compliance under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI). They adhere to the most stringent levels of fraud screening, ensuring that our customer's details remain secure throughout the transaction process.

No individuals within Protx or Kahuamusic.com are able to decrypt transaction information or cardholder data. Your transaction information and customer card information is secure even from our own employees because our systems never display the full card numbers, even on administration screens.
2: Pay using your PayPal account.

3: Pay using your Google Checkout account.

If you are using Google Checkout for the first time, you only have to fill out a single page of information to make your first purchase. After that, you just need to enter your Google Checkout login to make a purchase. 4: Alternative payment options
Alternatively, you can use the website to browse for products and then contact us via the contact us page or on our local rate number +44 (0) 845 388 9831 or +44 (0) 1325 321697 to place your order. Other payment options including personal cheque, Postal Order and direct bank transfer are then available and the relevant information will be communicated at the time. Orders will not be dispatched until the payment has been received and cleared into our bank account.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE
We may refuse to accept your orders if we feel you have been false in your information.
PRICES
We reserve the right to amend our prices without prior notice. All goods sold are subject to the prices ruling at the time of ordering. We are not obliged to supply goods to you until we have confirmed acceptance of your order and received payment.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All orders and special offers are subject to availability. Most products listed are held in stock but we are sometimes dependent on our own suppliers to deliver stock. We will always try to inform you if an item is not in stock at the time when you place your order. We shall hold the order until all items are in stock unless you agree to pay additional shipping charges.
PRODUCT CONDITION
All vinyl records, compact discs and other products listed are brand new unless otherwise stated. They are stored in a shop environment and so may have been handled by other customers. We will never list anything for sale that we feel is of an unsuitable condition for purchase. Cover images are for illustration purposes and while we always attempt to be accurate there are occasions where the image may differ from the actual cover.
