Eddie Leader is one third of DJ & Production trio Slum Science from Huddersfield, England. Eddie along with fellow slumsters Danny White & Rucky have had releases on DJ Heather's Black Cherry Recordings, Icon, Deep Future, Good Family, Green House, Jackin' Tracks and more.  As a solo artist and collaborator (with artists such as Jason Hodges and Hector Moralez) Eddie has released music on Robsoul, Fetish, Minority and Hudd Traxx.

In 2005 Slum Science launched their own label Hudd Traxx. Artists on the label include: Iz & Diz, JT Donaldson, Stacy Kidd, Lil' Mark, Hector Moralez, Phil Weeks, Alexander East, No Assembly Firm, Miles Maeda, Mike Steele, Jason Hodges, Just Jason, Karl Almaria, The Block Committee, The Underground Culture Tourist and Slum Science. Hudd Traxx has quickly become a staple of the house community and is renound for it’s consistency.

As a DJ Eddie has over a decades of experience behind the decks. He has rocked venues throughout the UK including Leeds, Manchester, Nottingham, Liverpool, Glasgow & Edinburgh, whilst also having played further a field in Germany, Ireland, France and various other European countries. Eddie recently completed a successful US tour with Slum Science playing in Chicago, NYC, Detroit, San Fran, LA, Oakland, San Diego, Las Vegas & Orlando. Eddie continues to push the underground house sound whether it be in the studio or behind the decks.
