Hot on the heels of releases on Phil Week’s uber cool Robsoul imprint, and his “R Is For Remix” EP on this very label, Pete Dafeet is back with a bang with two new original tracks, complemented by a relentless Fred Everything remix. At 24, and with 34 tracks and remixes released on vinyl to date, Pete is forging a reputation as a bright young talent in UK house music. With this, his 4th full outing on Lost My Dog, the South London based producer displays the wide ranging and unique sounds that he is fast becoming known for.
Fred Everything needs little introduction having been at the top of the deep house game for the last decade with releases on labels including 2020 Vision, Om, Defected and his own Lazy Days. Fred really takes ‘Lungs’ into different territory and shows a slightly tougher edge to his usual sound, taking on the “Frederico Todos” persona first adopted for the Distant Star EP on Lazy Days.
