Product Description

RAISE03.  Raise Recordings is the offshoot of Drop Music.  The labels third release is the third by Inland Knights, who show a slightly different side to their sound.  Lay On Me places a Jill Scott sample over a groove characterised by steel drum percussion, giving the track a summery vibe, while also having some moodier undertones.  Larry Fives remixes the track on the B side by beefing up the drums and giving it some extra grunt.  The other original track 'Where Ya At' has a classic Rakim sample and will feature on Mark Farina's Fabric mix CD.
