Cr2 Records
Cr2 Records is the brainchild of Mark Brown, one half of DJ doubleact MYNC Project. Cr2 is at the forefront of British house music with a constant stream of cutting edge releases aimed at both an underground and crossover market. Cr2 began life as Credence Records, a sub division of EMI set up in 2000 and instantly found success with tracks from the likes of Eric Prydz, Dirty Vegas, DJ Sneak and Lee-Cabrera. After 4 years EMI decided to close Credence and so Cr2 was born as an independent label. Since 2004 Cr2 has gone from strength to strength and perfectly straddles the fine line between monster underground hits (Kurd Maverick "The Rub", Onionz "Burnin" and all the Danny Freakazoid releases) and cross over anthems (Fedde Le Grand "Put Your Hands Up For Detroit" and The Egg "Walking Away").
Cr2 is without doubt a label that any serious electro / funky house DJ should not ignore!
